Alameda, Calif. and Santa Barbara, Calif. – June 20, 2005 –Wind River Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: WIND), and Green Hills Software, Inc. today announced that they have entered into a non-monetary settlement resolving all current litigation between the two software companies.
As part of the settlement, Wind River will provide Green Hills with Wind River’s VxWorks® Real Time Operating System (RTOS) in object code form for use similar to Wind River's other alliance partners.
