HOUSTON, TX, ISA EXPO 2006—October 17, 2006— Green Hills Software Inc., the technology leader in device software optimization (DSO) and real-time operating systems (RTOS), today announced that ICS Triplex has chosen the Green Hills Platform for Industrial Safety for its next generation of safety-rated, fault-tolerant control and safety systems. The Green Hills Platform for Industrial Safety – based on the IEC 61508 TÜV-certified INTEGRITY RTOS– allows ICS Triplex to design and deliver control systems that meet and exceed the most stringent international safety standards, while providing the highest availability and lowest cost of ownership of any safety-rated control system currently available.
