Ford Jaguar, using Green Hills C/C++ optimizing embedded compilers, c optimizing compiler and MULTI IDE advanced debugger   Ford Motor Company is using Green Hills Software's C Optimizing Compiler and MULTI® IDE (Integrated Development Environment) to configure the powertrain control module for new Jaguar S type luxury sedans. Running on a Freescale Power Architecture MPC509 microprocessor, the powertrain control module governs spark timing, fuel injection, shift scheduling and emission control systems.
