ATL Ultrasound is using Green Hills Software's MULTI® Integrated Development Environment (IDE) and ThreadX® Real-Time Operating System to develop software for its diagnostic Medical Ultrasound Systems. Using Intel i960 and Freescale Power Architecture processors, ATL Ultrasound is developing a next-generation broadband digital beamformer that yields a clearer ultrasound resolution.
