Campus Interviews
You should bring a resume, a transcript and such other materials
which can serve as credentials representing your ability (code samples,
articles, manuals, recommendations and so forth). Please do not
submit materials from previous jobs marked confidential or proprietary.
Half hour personal interviews are arranged through the placement
office. We will review the resumes we've received from various sources
and will send the placement office a list of the individuals we are
interested in interviewing. We'll try to bring the sign-up schedule to
the information session to allow last minute signups for any remaining
slots.
Please feel free to dress casually and comfortably for the interview.
Resume Submission
We collect resumes from many souces, some of which are listed
below. We select those best matching our needs and submit their names
to the placement office for on-campus interviews.

Company Information Session
This one hour session is a presentation on the company held the day
before our on-campus interviews. We discuss our product line, the
positions available, our position in the market and life in Santa
Barbara. Please try to attend if at all possible, so we can spend your
entire interview session talking about you. Refreshments will be
served!
Off-season recruiting
If you miss our campus recruiting dates, no problem. We can make alternate arrangements.
