Qorivva/5xxx Power Architecture® MCUs
Our automotive qualified 32-bit Qorivva processors built on Power Architecture technology deliver highly integrated single and multicore solutions for many automotive design needs.
Kinetis ARM® MCUs
32-bit Kinetis MCUs represent the most scalable portfolio of ARM® Cortex™-M4 MCUs in the industry. Enabled by innovative 90nm Thin Film Storage (TFS) flash technology with unique FlexMemory (configurable embedded EEPROM), Kinetis features the latest low-power innovations and high performance, high precision mixed-signal capability.
QorIQ Communications Processors
Built using one or more high-performance 32- or 64-bit cores, based on Power Architecture® technology, QorIQ platforms are system on chip (SoC) processors designed for advanced networking applications. All platforms are delivered at 45-nanometer (nm) geometries, offering exceptional performance with embedded power budgets.
PowerQUICC Communications Processors
The PowerQUICC families built on Power Architecture® technology support the entire spectrum of embedded networking equipment applications, from the core to the edge to residential access. They are also ideal for networked equipment applications in the industrial and general-purpose computing markets, delivering support for a wide variety of protocols and interfaces, including Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, PCI Express® Serial RapidIO®, ATM, HDLC, USB and PCMCIA.
i.MX Applications Processors based on ARM® Technology
Freescale i.MX applications processors based on the ARM architecture deliver an optimal balance of performance and long battery life for rich multimedia experiences on the go. The i.MX applications processor family includes processors based on ARM9, ARM11 and ARM Cortex A8 core technologies, which are powering new applications in consumer, automotive and industrial markets that demand exceptional performance and efficiency.
Host and Integrated Host Processors (8xxx, 7xxx, 7xx, 6xx)
Freescale's Power Architecture host processors employ e500 or e600 cores to deliver breakthrough performance, connectivity and integration for embedded networking, telecom, aerospace and defense, storage, industrial and pervasive computing applications.
ColdFire MCUs and ColdFire/68K Processors
ColdFire/68K Processors offer a broad portfolio of industrial-focused MPUs that deliver an unparalleled range of performance and peripheral options including ultra-low power, segment and graphics LCD, USB and Ethernet. Enabled by innovative 90nm Thin Film Storage (TFS) flash technology with unique FlexMemory (configurable embedded EEP ROM), ColdFire+ adds high precision, high performance mixed signal capabilities, incredible ultra-low-power capabilities and key peripherals for specific market applications.
