SANTA BARBARA, Calif., July 20, 1997 - Green Hills Software
today kicked off its 15th Anniversary celebration by opening a new
Northern California sales office and completing its most successful
recruiting effort in years. The Northern California office is located
in Scotts Valley near Santa Cruz. The new office will be headed by
Regional Sales Manager Mick Jovich, who brings more than ten years of
experience in embedded systems hardware and software tools to Green
Hills. To date, Green Hills has covered the Bay Area from its
headquarters in Santa Barbara, but business opportunities have grown
to the point where direct, local coverage is a must. Jovich will inherit
a strong base of existing Green Hills customers, and accelerate the
spread of Green Hills products to new customers engaged in embedded
development. "Mick's years of experience in embedded software are a
big plus," said David Chandler, VP of Sales at Green Hills, "I'm
confident that our Northern California customers will find Mick's
technical qualifications and hands-on support style to be to be
exemplary, and his desire to meet the most difficult challenges
reassuring."
