SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 20, 1994 - The Motorola Computer Group (MCG) announced that it has entered into an agreement
with Green Hills Software (Santa Barbara, Calif.) to integrate the
company's leading software development tools into MCG's newly announced VMEexec Release 4 real-time operating software development environment.
Under the agreement, Motorola will distribute the combined package
through its sales force on a worldwide basis.
The agreement applies to all of Motorola Computer Group's 32 and 64
bit product lines, from 68K through PowerPC.
