 Green Hills Software Expands in Europe and Middle East Based on Strong Customer Demand New Offices are Opened in Sweden and Israel with Additional Offices Being Added in Germany, France and Other Fast Growing Regions Throughout EMEA SANTA BARBARA, CA — July 21, 2004 — Green Hills Software, Inc., the market leader in embedded software development tools and royalty-free Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS), today introduced that, based on strong customer demand for Green Hills Software products and services, Green Hills Software is embarking on a major expansion of its businesses in Europe and the Middle East. The rapid expansion of Green Hills Software throughout this region follows impressive revenue performance over the past year and continuing strong demand for its RTOS, embedded development tool products and its wide array of technical services for the embedded industry. New sales and support centers have opened in Stockholm, Sweden, and Herzelia, Israel, with additional offices being established in Munich, Germany, and other EMEA locations later in the year. The Stockholm office, located in Kista, will be managed by Mr. Johan Westermark and is the company’s second sales/support office in the Nordic Region. The office in Herzelia, a suburb of Tel Aviv, will be managed by Mr. Avi Cohen.
